Rental Policies
$250.00 Reservation Fee and first half rent due within 15 days to hold reservation. 2nd half of rent, $700 Security deposit, 10 % bed tax, and $95-$125 cleaning fee due 30 days before check-in to confirm reservation.
$250 Reservation fee and $700 security deposit (less any damage or lost key charges) are refunded after stay. $250 Reservation fee is forfeit if reservation is canceled.
