Dorrance Depot R&R has the flavor of the past with the accommodations that you want for your family today. Located within two blocks of just about everything, it's a short walk to the beach and wildlife sanctuary in one direction, and Linden Avenue's shops and restaurants in the other. Although it's rumored to have been the old railroad station, today's Dorrance Depot R&R is all about Rest and Relaxation. This spacious beach cottage has three bedrooms and two full baths, with a large and open living, dining, and kitchen area. The front porch and small grassy yard, enclosed by a picket fence, connect the inside to the outside, and add to the entertainment possibilities. There's plenty of secure storage space for your portable vacation gear (chairs, bikes, boogie boards, etc.), and the house is fully equipped with kitchen, bath, and linen supplies. Rental Policies
Holiday/Premium rates for Sept. 29-October 6, November 17-25, December 15-Jauary 6, March 15-29 are $1500 per week. Rental of more than three months drops the monthly rate to $3200 and renter pays utilities.
Rental Policies
$250.00 Reservation Fee due within 15 days to hold reservation. Rent, $500 Security deposit ($250 if reservation fee has been applied), 10 % bed tax, and $150.00 cleaning fee due 30 days before check-in to confirm reservation.
$500 security deposit/reservation fee (less any damage or lost key charges) is refunded after stay. $250 Reservation fee is forfeit if reservation is canceled.
