Rental Policies
$200.00 Reservation Fee and first half rent due within 15 days to hold reservation. 2nd half of rent, $500Security deposit, 10 % bed tax, and $95.00 cleaning fee due 30 days before check-in to confirm reservation.
$200 Reservation fee and $500 security deposit (less any damage or lost key charges) are refunded after stay. $200 Reservation fee is forfeit if reservation is canceled.
